With the Milky Way colonized and dark matter travel well established, a race of clones has been created to run humanity's galactic travel & communications Array, consisting of stations that direct radio and space traffic through astrophysically drifting Dark Matter Tunnels. This is boring, so many clones turn their stations into talk radio shows! With humans on the brink of overpopulation, a team of clones has been sent to the first ever Andromeda station to begin preparations for colonization, with their first assignment being sorting incoming Milky Way radio traffic for future dispersal throughout our galactic neighbor. But WE aren't interested in that! Clone Array follows one clone who's become stranded at the halfway point between the two galaxies, stuck in a tiny Egg Ship in the vast nothingness of intergalactic space with only an AI as company… And the entirety of the Array's transmissions.
